All users of WorkPod Safety (including users of the hand-held app and administrative users of the desktop program) can access our online help desk for assistance.
For non urgent issues we use an on-line “ticket” system with 24 hour response time.
For urgent issues we offer an on-line chat format with a live operator, or a direct phone connection.
Our help desk is based in Australia and run by us, not a contractor. We document help calls not for “training purposes” but for product improvement; repeat issues get special attention.
